  • Chris Marzilli has 40 year career with the combination of GTE/GD (GTE Government Systems was acquired by General Dynamics in 1999). Chris was the Executive Vice President of the General Dynamics’ Technologies group, with currently $13B in annual revenue, and about 40,000 employees (representing approximately 32% and 40% of the GD total, respectively), include the DoD, Intelligence Community, Fed/Civ agencies (including NASA, FAA), and foreign governments.
  • Chris was responsible for the integration of C4 Systems and Decision Systems (former Motorola GEG) from 2004-2005, the disintegration and reconstitution of GDUK in 2013, the integration and formation of Mission Systems in 2015 (formed by the merger of C4 Systems and Advanced Information Systems), as well as the integration of some fifteen or so tuck-in acquisitions along the way.
